**It is noted that this budget checklist is for SFP 10-14, and that those costs might vary slightly from Familias Fuertes.  However, the main tenants of the checklist should be considered for Familias Fuertes implementation.  Please contact the EPISCenter Familias Fuertes Implementation Specialist for additional information.

Sites funded by PCCD should plan in advance to fulfill the fidelity and reporting requirements of their grant and to budget accordingly for these expenses:

--Pennsylvania funded sites are expected to host the developer for a Fidelity Verification visit in Year 2, Quarter 1 of their funding.  At this time, however, there is no Fidelity Verification process in place for Familias Fuertes.  Therefore, no costs should be budgeted for this process.  However, the Implementation Specialist will work with your site/agency, as well as provide consultation and networking with other sites implementing Familias Fuertes, to ensure fidelity to the program model is occurring.

--Pennsylvania funded sites are expected to produce an Outcomes Report by Year 2, Quarter 4 of their funding.  Although EPIS provides tools and support for completing the report, funding may be necessary to hire staff (or an external evaluator) to complete the report and to prepare additional materials that communicate the Familias Fuertes program impact locally.
