SPEP™ has been underway in Pennsylvania for over a year. This webinar takes a look back at our experiences and accomplishments, as well as the emerging themes over the past year. In this webinar, we share an overview of SPEP™ data collected thus far, to include: 

• How providers rate their experience in the SPEP™ process
• How programs are scoring in baseline SPEP™s
• Common areas for program improvement

We also describe PA’s process for improving juvenile justice programs once they have entered the program improvement process, and a summary of resources and materials for implementing SPEP™ at the county and state level.
