The SPEP™ recently underwent a second validation study of its implementation in PA. One of the key highlights of the evaluation process was the strong collaboration between the research team (comprised of Dr. Samuel Hawes, Dr. Ed Mulvey, and Dr. Carol Schubert) and members of the SPEP Advisory Group. Input was gathered broadly from Level 1 and Level 2 SPEP Implementation Specialists, as well as representatives from the service provider community, ensuring that all key stakeholder groups had an opportunity to weigh in on the process.  Dr. Ed Mulvey presented the research findings at the Chief/Provider Meeting held in State College on May 15th, 2025, which are included in the report below.
