SFP 10-14 Facilitator Recertification Training

The SFP 10-14 Recertification Training is a 1-day, virtual training for certified program facilitators to hone their skills and learn more about the program. SFP 10-14 facilitators must be re-certified every three (3) years. This training will be held from 8am-5pm on Tues. September 10th, 2024 via Zoom. 

Facilitators will train on updated curriculum, discover the latest research and how implementing with fidelity to the curriculum is related, learn objectives of activities, and improve skills through modeling.

 

Who can register?

Those who completed the initial 3-day SFP 10-14 facilitator training 3 or more years ago, need to attend this training to be re-certified. Current SFP 10-14 facilitators who actively facilitate the program in their community, Certified SFP 10-14 facilitators who primarily complete fidelity observations, SFP 10-14 coordinators.

Prerequisites
  • Must have attended the SFP 10-14 3-day facilitator training and received a completion certificate.

    The attendee will need to have the SFP 10-14 facilitator manual with them during the training. Program Consultant Cathy Hockaday will email the attendee approximately one week prior to the training and provide all pre-work training information and instructions. This will need to be completed before the training date.

Food

Time for breaks and lunch will be provided during the virtual training.
