INTRODUCTION

All 47 SCAs completed the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) Fidelity Survey in the fall of 2017, and then again in the spring of 2020. The 2017 survey results were used to determine strengths and weaknesses in each SPF step in order to inform the development of a new needs assessment (Phase A-D), resource assessment (Phase E), planning (Phase F) and evaluation (Phase G) process. The 2020 survey was implemented to help evaluate the effectiveness of Phases A-F which were implemented from fall 2018 through the end of 2019. The following summary begins with an overview of responses that pertain to the 2020 survey only, followed by a comparison of responses from both surveys.
